Tangle Integration Hub

Your Tangle workspace gets more useful when it can see the tools you already run your business on. This hub collects a plain-English guide for each connection, including the account access, costs, and setup limits to check before you start.

How a connection works

  1. Check the provider’s requirements. Cloudbeds, PriceLabs, and Deepgram use API keys from your account. WhatsApp uses the in-app business phone setup instead. PriceLabs API access is paid, and its current Hospitality setup has a limitation described in the guide below.
  2. Open Integrations in your Hospitality workspace. Business data providers appear under Business integrations. The separate Connections page manages messaging channels; it is not the API-key setup page.
  3. Connect and register the provider for business data. Follow the provider’s guide and check the connection status before relying on its answers. Deepgram needs a separate Use for business data step.

Message delivery and write actions follow the workspace’s mode, roles, and action-specific approval rules. Connecting a provider does not mean every message or action waits for approval; check those controls before going live.

Your keys stay yours

  • Keys are stored encrypted in Tangle’s integration vault and are not shown again by the workspace after you paste them.
  • A provider key’s permissions and Tangle’s connector behavior are different. The provider decides what the key can access; Tangle limits the operations and fields its connector exposes. Choose the narrowest provider access that supports your intended setup.
  • Tangle associates a connection with your workspace. That does not narrow the key’s permissions at the provider. For example, leave Cloudbeds’ organization-wide option off for a single-property setup.
  • Disconnect in Integrations to stop using a connection in the workspace. Revoke or replace the key at the provider if you need to invalidate the credential itself. Follow the provider guide when reconnecting.
